Road closure of Hockenstrasse

As in the previous year, the municipality of Kippel welcomed a civil defence team to the Lötschental for the renovation of the Hockenstrasse. For this reason, the Hockenstrasse will be closed to motorised traffic from Monday, 23 September 2024, from the Bruder-Klaus cross to Gafenmattucheer. Drivers with a valid driving licence for Hockenalp can use the access road via Wiler during the road closure period. Slow traffic can continue to use the Hockenstrasse with caution.
