On this weekend we combine breathing, cold and coaching methods. You will learn exercises that calm your mind, strengthen your body and inspire you to go your own way and follow your calling. You will have the opportunity to bathe in cold water and feel how a strong mental focus and conscious breathing change your perception and sensations. We use the Wim Hof & Oxygen Advantage methods, among others, and you will experience how breathing and cold quickly and positively influence your mental and physical well-being.
