Gläcktricka Lötschental

The "Gläcktricka" is a wooden vessel in which the "Gläck" (salt-herb mixture) was given to the cattle as a food supplement. Nowadays, the "Gläcktricka" is only occasionally used for livestock. Today, they are more often used as gift baskets filled with regional specialities.
